Dick Best - Secretary

Dick Best is a transplant from the "other" coast (Massachusetts) who has now spent over half his life in California, including the last two in Tehachapi.  A man of many talents, interests, and shortcomings, he has experienced being bullied personally and has seen his children (now grown) bullied.  He feels a responsibility to do what he can to affect its dimunition, realizing that bullying will never be fully eradicated.
